Parents and caregivers are involved as classroom volunteers, attendees at family math and literacy nights, and are encouraged to join our active Parent Teacher Organization.

Here is what some have to say about their experience as a part of the DLINC Community.

Parent Testimonials

The school has made a huge difference in my daughter’s confidence. We’ve seen it boosted these last two years; she’s just doing so well socially, emotionally, academically. And we just love giving her that gift of language that the school has to offer.

  • Both my sons attend DLINC and I’m so impressed with how the school balances learning in Spanish while also keeping up with English. The teachers are incredibly hard working and passionate about what they do and the sense of community is wonderful!

We have a few parents - mothers as well as fathers - who have offered to speak with prospective parents.

If you would like to be put in touch with one of them, please contact us.

  • The biggest difference that this school has done for my children is it’s really helped them begin to think better, and to think more critically, because now they think in two languages, they do two things, and so their reading has gone through the roof because now they're reading English and Spanish. Their understanding of language, period…and how to communicate has gone through the roof.

  • Great dual language school! Both my kids have been here since the age of 5. They are now 13 and 9, and are fully bilingual in Spanish and English. I have recommended this school to other friends and family. The teachers and admin are very attentive. The school size is perfect, with a good teacher to student ratio. We have been more than happy on our decision to have our children learn two languages and are grateful that we have a school in North County that offers this. Thank you DLINC.

  • We have loved having our children at DLINC! They are in TK and first grades, and what an amazing experience it’s been watching and listening to them as their Spanish language abilities have grown. We love the support their teachers offer, and we appreciate that the smaller size of the school lends itself to a tight knit community feel. We’re so happy with our experience so far!

My kids love going here. They’ve made really good friends. I think Spanish was a little hard for them at first but it’s really amazing at this point in the year. They can know what their teachers are saying, they can talk to us, they want to practice speaking spanish at home. So, they enjoy being here at school!
